How many travellers?

“Adult” means all travellers over the age of 21 or travellers who are between the ages of 16 and 21 who are either working full time or not travelling with a parent, grandparent or legal guardian.

“Dependant” means your children or grandchildren not in full time employment who are under the age of 21 and travelling with you on the journey.

Do you have a Pre-Existing Medical Condition?


Travel insurance only provides cover for emergency overseas medical events that are unforeseen. Medical conditions that were pre-existing at or before the time of the policy being issued are not covered, unless they are a condition that we expressly agree to cover.

We are currently unable to offer pre-existing medical screening online.
